All Saints Day Celebration

God willing, we will be hosting the “All Saints Day” celebration Thursday, October 31, 2024 from 6-9 PM for the youth of the Angels Class through 8th grade

The youth are highly encouraged to dress up as a Biblical figure and prepare 3 hints to share during the “Who Am I” trivia session.

For example, if you dress up as St. Mary, the clues may be:

1. I am the Daughter of Anna and Joachim

2. I went to live and serve in the temple when I was 3 years old and stayed until I was about 14 years old

3. I have one Son

If you need inspiration for the costumes, we recommend you take a look at the “Hall of Saints” located in church.  Sunday School Teachers can also help provide ideas.  For sample costumes, we have created a list of ideas from Amazon here:

Click here for list of costumes

Costumes can also be purchased from Party City or other stores.

We look forward to celebrating with the youth! Please pray for the service.

5th Year Memorial for Abouna Rafail Guirguis on Saturday 10/26/24

The peace and love of our Lord, God and Savior Jesus Christ be with you all.

God willing the 5th year memorial of our beloved father Abouna Rafail will be on Saturday 10/26/24 8-11 am.

Abouna Rafail was the first shepherd for our beloved St Anthony Church. Even though we have had many new families join since Abouna departed, I’m sure that you all see efforts and labor and feel his presence with us.  His prayers are continually lifting us up and giving us comfort.

Abouna we really miss you and love you. Please remember us in front of the throne of our beloved Savior.

Be safe in the Lord.

Thank you to our St. Anthony Family

The peace and love of our Lord, God and Savior Jesus Christ be with you all.

We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to each of you for attending St. Anthony’s Annual Festival. Your presence made this event a true celebration of our Coptic Orthodox faith, our community, and our fellowship in Christ. We really appreciate every effort from the young to the old. Your cooperation with one another over the past couple of months and your participation during the days of the festival in order to make our St. Anthony family stronger really brings joy to our hearts.

As we gathered in joy, we were reminded of Christ’s love, which unites us all in His name. Through the laughter, food, and the shared moments, we witnessed Christ in love, service, and unity. May the Lord reward you for all of your love. God bless you all!

Be safe in the Lord.
